RAP-Weed and Seed

For the past 3 years, Weed & Seed Waipahu officers have been working with the students of Waipahu Elementary School. Once a week, the officers conduct RealAnd Powerful (RAP) sessions on topics such as Internet Safety, Bullying, Juvenile Laws and Drugs. This program has helped our students understand how the choices they make can have positive or negative consequences in their lives.
